S&P’s Bugie to head FIG ratings advisory at Nomura

Nomura has appointed Scott Bugie as head of FIG ratings advisory for EMEA as the bank looks to strengthen its FIG DCM team. He joins from rating agency Standard & Poor’s, where he was co-head of research global financial institutions.
