Lloyds hires UBS structurer
Lloyds Bank has appointed Eva Porz, formerly an executive director in UBS’s FIG capital solutions team, which helps banks structure capital instruments such as tier two debt, additional tier one and contingent capital. The move comes shortly after Anthony Tobin left UBS’s FIG syndicate for RBC Capital Markets.
