Anthony Tobin is joining the syndicate desk at RBC Capital Markets to replace Nigel Owen, who left last December, writes Will Caiger-Smith. Tobin is leaving UBS’s FIG syndicate and EuroWeek understands that he will report to Paul Johnson, RBC’s head of syndicate.
