ECP issuers gear up to Euroclear’s transparent proposal

Euroclear plans a fee transparency initiative to resolve the problem of undercutting in the overbrokered EuroCP market.

An agreement between the clearing house, Sigma Finance and its dealers will enable Sigma to scrutinise trades by each dealer house so that Sigma can maintain a constant price and limit movement in the yield curve.
