HSBC promotes McMurdo

HSBC has made Andrew McMurdo head of European leveraged and acquisition syndicate, a newly created position. He will be responsible for pricing and structuring investment grade as well as leveraged finance deals.

McMurdo was previously a managing director of leveraged and acquisition finance syndicate. He joined HSBC in 2007, having previously run the loan syndicate desk at Morgan Stanley.
