Three selected for Sebia LBO

BNP Paribas, Citi and Commerzbank won the highly sought-after mandate for the deal backing Cinven’s Eu800m back-levered buyout of Sebia International, the French medical diagnostics group, a banker working on the deal confirmed on Wednesday.
