Roompot buy-out auction kicks off

AAC Capital is looking to sell Dutch holiday park operator Roompot, with bankers in the Netherlands saying the auction is hotting up.

The private equity firm bought Roompot in 2005, backed by Eu127.5m of leveraged loans. Rabobank, bookrunner on that transaction, is expected to be involved in the new takeover.
