Pfleiderer seeks Eu100m loan as lenders to take over

Lenders to German wood flooring firm Pfleiderer would take at least an 80% stake in the company under its proposed restructuring. Pfleiderer is looking for a super senior loan of Eu100m from its creditors, who have been asked to waive a portion of their outstanding debt and interest.
