Ineos will look to refinance after consent request

UK chemicals group Ineos is planning to refinance its debt structure, once it has received approval from senior lenders for the disposal of its refineries division.

Senior lenders have until April 21 to respond to the consent request, which was issued on March 31, the day on which the company received approval from its bondholders for the disposal.
