Refresco places Eu75m relationship revolver

Dutch soft drink producer Refresco has placed a Eu75m revolving credit facility with its relationship banks. Bankers had told EuroWeek last week that the size of the facility would depend on the appetite from the relationship banks, which are also Dutch.

Refresco announced its refinancing — including the revolver and Eu660m of high yield bonds — on May 5. Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank were chosen to lead the refinancing, with ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, ING, Rabobank and Société Générale mandated as part of the bank group.
