Photonis illuminates LBO market

An investor meeting will be held in Paris on Tuesday to launch general syndication of the €240m of senior facilities backing Axa Private Equity’s buy-out of French photo sensor technology manufacturer Photonis.

Bankers working on the deal said most of the debt would be syndicated to banks.

IKB, ING and Société Générale have underwritten the senior facilities, which include drawn and undrawn lines and will have margins ranging from 450bp to 500bp.
