First Gulf loan pulls in $100m more than launch amount

Abu Dhabi’s First Gulf Bank has signed an oversubscribed $900m three year senior unsecured syndicated loan after launching the deal at $800m in September.

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ was the initial mandated lead arranger (MLA) and co-ordinator on the deal. The bank was joined by fellow initial MLAs and bookrunners Citi, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Mizuho, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Standard Chartered.
