Europris’ lenders agree Nkr500m add-on

Eurorpris’ lenders have unanimously agreed to add Nkr500m ($85.3m) on to the Norwegian discount retailer’s term loan ‘B’.

The add-on will be used to refinance shareholder loans from Nordic Capital, which bought the firm out last year.

The amendment and debt increase was co-ordinated by DNB and Nordea as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners.
