Gas Natural seeks €2bn refi loan, Caixa to lead

Spanish energy firm Gas Natural Fenosa is in talks with banks for a refinancing loan of around €2bn, with a margin of 150bp over Euribor.

The firm has hired CaixaBank to arrange the deal, according to loans bankers away from the Spanish lender. CaixaBank has a 34% stake in the gas distribution company.
