Deutsche signs 25 year lease on new City office

Deutsche Bank and Land Securities confirmed on Tuesday that Deutsche had agreed a 25 year pre-lease at 21 Moorfields, a new building going up over the Crossrail station at Moorgate in London.

The new building will be Deutsche’s London headquarters. It has committed to a minimum of 469,000 square feet, though according to an analyst note from UBS, it has “some optionality” over how much space it will eventually take.
