Zheshang Bank chases debut AT1 transaction

China Zheshang Bank has mandated firms for its international debut bond, a dollar-denominated additional tier one.

The Ba1 rated issuer has named BOC International, CICC HK Securities, Citic CLSA Securities, CMB International, Haitong International, HSBC and Ping An of China Securities (Hong Kong) as joint global co-ordinators for the perpetual.
