UK media group ITV issued a £325m 10 year bond this week, the first time the company has brought a trade in that name and demand was strong enough for it to achieve pricing inside guidance. The Baa2/BBB/BBB rated borrower conducted a three day roadshow in the UK at the end of last week and on Wednesday printed the deal after building a book of Eu1.25bn, through joint bookrunners, Barclays Capital, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS.
