As a last word on Morgan Stanley, we received an unsigned message asking us to enter a competition. When we read the question, we had to pretend that we were shocked, but if we had to face a lie detector test we would probably admit that we smiled. The competition, whose sponsors appeared to be operating from a PO box address in the Cayman Islands, offered a four week Carnival cruise (ugh!) as first prize, a fortnight at the Hyatt Britannia (has it been rebuilt yet?) as second, and a lifelong pass to the club lounge of Caymanair as third.
