Italian carmaker Fiat was on the verge of wrapping up an issue of Eu900m of 6.125% three year and Eu600m of 7.375% seven year bonds on Tuesday afternoon. It will be the first deal to price since Evonik’s Carbon Black business printed a Eu600m-equivalent deal in euros and dollars on June 17.
