Orange Switzerland today came back to the European high yield market to replace loans with bonds. The telecoms company sold Sfr180m of senior secured floating rate notes. It plans to use the proceeds, together with Sfr20m of cash, to repay its term loan ‘A’.

Central European Media Enterprises plans to tap its 11.625% 2016 senior notes for €104m. That is more than double the initially targeted €50m. The notes are guided to price at 103.00.
