HOT Telecommunication Systems, an Israeli telecoms company, may seek to issue a debut high yield bond in December. HOT is 70% owned by Altice, the telecoms investment group, which is bidding for the remaining 30%. Altice would use an all-bond structure to finance the acquisition.

Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley have released price talk in the 13% yield area for Com Hem’s PIK. The payment-in-kind bond is being marketed with a seven year maturity and 1.5 years of call protection.
