DBS has hired Ivan Lee from Credit Suisse as a senior vice president in its North Asia loan distribution team.
Based in Hong Kong, Lee reports to Mildred Chua, head of syndicated finance, institutional banking group, based in Singapore, according to a source close to the move.
Lee joined DBS from Credit Suisse where he has worked for three years as a vice president in the syndication and distribution team.
Before joining the Swiss bank, Lee was a deputy chief product manager at Bank of Communications’ structured and capital finance department, responsible for the origination and distribution of syndicated loans in Greater China.
Prior to that, he also had a near seven year stint with Standard Chartered. Lee was a director in StanChart's loan syndications team between 2013 and 2018, his LinkedIn profile shows.
