Ines Noé takes high grade DCM job at Nomura

Ines Noé has taken on responsibility for Asian high grade debt capital markets at Nomura. She has worked at the Japanese bank since 2006, when she started working in Asian debt capital markets after a five and a half year spell out of the market raising a family.
