Ithaca Energy markets $300m bond to repay RBL

Ithaca Energy, the North Sea oil and gas operator, is raising $300m with five year non-call two senior bonds.

The new bond will partially repay Ithaca’s $610m reserve-based lending (RBL) facility.

The roadshow begins in London today and ends in Los Angeles on Friday, with presentations also planned in New York on Wednesday and Boston and Toronto on Thursday.
