Citi, Stanley win mandate for Sweden's biggest PtoP

Citigroup and Morgan Stanley have won the mandate to arrange the debt supporting the buy-out of medical technology company Gambro, Sweden's largest public-to-private takeover.

Gambro employs over 11,000 people in 40 countries, making kidney dialysis products and blood component technology. In 2005, it made revenues of $2bn.
