AfDB brings third rand issue with R2bn deal

THE AFRICAN Development Bank (AfDB) this week made a R2bn ($257m) domestic issue to finance infrastructure projects in South Africa as demand for rand bonds emerged in the euro market and in Japanese retail as well in the domestic market.
