Carter returns to RBS DCM from SSA business
Royal Bank of Scotland has moved Matt Carter back to its debt capital markets business as part of the latest reshuffle at the bank. Carter will be head of bond origination, managing the corporate and FIG bond origination businesses and will report to Richard Bartlett, head of EMEA debt capital markets at the bank.
