Carter returns to RBS DCM from SSA business

Royal Bank of Scotland has moved Matt Carter back to its debt capital markets business as part of the latest reshuffle at the bank. Carter will be head of bond origination, managing the corporate and FIG bond origination businesses and will report to Richard Bartlett, head of EMEA debt capital markets at the bank.

Carter is returning to DCM after running the SSA coverage business for less than a year.

Carter had been in charge of bringing new solutions and ideas to SSA issuers across the products spectrum, co-ordinating coverage, and focusing on advisory work. He reported to Eden Riche.
