Fastighets AB Balder raises €288m from investors

Swedish property company Fastighets AB Balder has tapped the equity capital markets for financing, selling Skr9.44bn (€288m) of fresh stock.

Swedish stocks have been among the best performing in Europe as he country has remained open while the rest of the continent entered Covid-19 lockdowns. The OMXS30, Sweden’s benchmark index, is up 9.2% year-to-date, one of the few indices in the region that is positive this year.
