Greencore raises £90m after UK lockdown delays recovery

Greencore, the Irish food company, has placed £90m of new shares via an accelerated bookbuild on Monday evening.

The share sale consisted of 80.35m shares, an 18% capital increase. At the 112p offer price, the transaction cleared at a 5.7% discount to the closing price of Greencore on the day.
