Adyen IPO seller takes profits in block trade

Partners in Equity, a venture capital firm, sold a €319m block in Dutch payments firm Adyen on Tuesday evening, taking advantage of a substantial rise in its stock price this year.


Morgan Stanley was the sole bookrunner on the deal and underwrote the trade for Partners in Equity, a seller in Adyen’s 2018 IPO, to give it a guaranteed floor on the deal.
