Permira sells down TeamViewer after good run for the stock

Investors crowded into a €929.3m trade in German remote access software company TeamViewer, as Permira returned to the market to sell down more shares in the company.

Morgan Stanley was the sole bookrunner on the 22m share deal, the third TeamViewer sell down by Permira since TeamViewer’s 2019 IPO.

The transaction was launched on Monday just before 4.45pm, UK time, and was officially covered in just over 10 minutes.
