Acleda Bank launches $94m IPO to break Cambodian ECM drought

Acleda Bank has kicked off bookbuilding for a Riel380.7bn ($94.4m) IPO, set to be the first on the stock exchange in almost three years.

Cambodia’s largest commercial bank held the first of two roadshows at its Phnom Penh headquarters on Tuesday and will present another on March 10.

Acleda is issuing 8.8m primary shares while selling 13.1m existing shares for the deal. It is offering the stock with price guidance of Riel15,000 ...
