Veteran banker Jhaveri retires from Citi after 32yrs

Veteran Citi banker Pramit Jhaveri is retiring, bringing the curtain down on a 32-year career at the US firm.

Jhaveri has worked at Citi since 1987, when he joined as a management associate in India, taking on various jobs within product sales, risk management and corporate banking. He was promoted to global banking head for the country in 2007.
