Prada designs sustainability-linked loan

Italy's Prada has signed a sustainability-linked loan, in what the borrower has called the first deal of its type for the luxury goods industry.

The €50m five year term loan has a margin linked to the fashion label hitting three targets. 

These are: to have a certain number of its shops receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certifications to either gold or platinum standard; to provide employee training and to use its ...
