Claranova debuts in euro PP market

European technology company Claranova has sold its first euro private placement bond, raising nearly €20m.

The €19.7m five year transaction pays a 6% coupon.

The trade was run by Octo Finances as lead manager, while Kepler Cheuvreux served as advisor and CACEIS as financial agent. The senior notes are listed in Paris.
