Woori turns Formosa green

Woori Bank turned to Taiwan this week for its latest dollar transaction, raising $450m from the first sustainability-labelled Formosa deal.

The South Korean borrower began marketing the five year floating rate note directly at final price guidance of 77bp over three month Libor (the number) on Tuesday morning local time. The senior deal was closed at the same level.
