Argentina removes supply risk after investors pile into new deal

Argentina found ample demand for its latest dollar-denominated bond sale on Thursday as investors found reassurance in the South American country’s ability to diversify its funding.

After spending most of last year as the darling of bonds markets, Argentina’s curve suffered more than most in December as investors began to worry that the sovereign would have to repeat last year’s remarkable fundraising of about $22bn.
