After a year I can say: yes, Poland is a vibrant economy. Not only one of the leaders in terms of growth in Europe, but also surpassing expectations in the field of public finances. The reduction of the fiscal deficit was higher than we anticipated and higher than required by the European Commission, which had recommended abrogation of the Excessive Deficit Procedure.
