Numericable cap hike among SFR takeover financing suite

French cable company Altice may finance the takeover of Vivendi's mobile unit SFR by Numericable, in which it is the largest shareholder, with a €550m capital raise in the coming weeks. Both Altice and Numericable have completed IPOs in recent months.
