Investors forced to change tack as liquidity dries up

Forget the credit-rates debate, say investors, the world has moved on. Instead, they point out, the big issue for them is liquidity, or rather the lack of it. No liquidity means many investors have had to change the way they treat covered bonds — as a buy and hold product — which in turn means higher spreads are needed. Neil Day reports.
