Räetia Energie Swiss debut hits the spot
Swiss utility company Räetia Energie, which is 46% owned by the Canton of Graubünden, completed its first public issue on Wednesday placing Sfr200m ($28.5m) of seven year paper. The issuer had only completed private placements before.
