Latvia keeps Citi and CS for 2011 capital markets foray
Latvia has revived its plans for a Eurobond, retaining as bookrunners Credit Suisse and Citi, the banks that took the sovereign on a non-deal roadshow in December 2009. The deal, which Latvia plans to be a benchmark size, will be placed this year subject to market conditions.
