CFTC Sued For Mutual-Fund Registering Requirement
The Investment Company Institute and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have sued the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission for imposing a requirement on mutual funds that invest in commodities through futures and derivatives to register as commodity pool operators.
