Otkritie fills new posts in fixed income, equities

Russian institutional broker Otkritie Capital has appointed Konstanin Tserazov as head of fixed income and Georgy Mirel as head of equities. Nikolay Katorzhnov has also formally taken over as the firm’s CEO after serving as acting CEO for several months.
