Sibanthracite IPO coal-ed off

It was always a tough time to be in the market with a Russian mining IPO — with comparable companies, emerging markets and commodities valuations plunging — and it all proved too much for Sibanthracite on Friday, which pulled its IPO despite already offering a heavy discount to peers.
