MuniFin eyes euro benchmark return while fellow Nordics mull prefunding prospects
A move in the euro/dollar basis swap has prompted Finland's Municipality Finance to consider a euro benchmark return for 2014. Meanwhile, Kommunalbanken and the Nordic Investment Bank are considering prefunding their needs for that year.
