Ukraine slaps debt moratorium on $3bn Russia bond
Ukraine announced a moratorium on the $3bn bond held by Russia’s National Welfare Fund on Friday. The moratorium also covers Ukraine’s sovereign-guaranteed loans for Ukravtodor and Yuzhnoye.
