Czech Export Bank’s dashing debut
The Czech Export Bank’s inaugural public bond issued on Thursday was a resounding blow-out, the rarity of the name creating an explosion of demand. The book for the €250m seven year bond attracted orders of almost €950m, allowing the issuer to slash initial guidance by 10bp to price at 180bp over mid-swaps.
