EBRD agrees Turkish loan and $1bn Ukraine pledge
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has agreed a $50m five year loan to Turkish consumer electronics firm Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret and restated a $1bn commitment to Ukraine.
