FIG senior market fires up on ECB rally, issuers eye new sub levels
Spreads on FIG bonds are closing in on their tightest levels since the financial crisis. The European Central Bank's decision to slash rates last Thursday was the latest driver of secondary buying but with public holidays across Europe at the start of this week, issuers had been slow to take advantage. But that changed once work recommenced on Tuesday.
